The 3500/22M TDI is a key interface module for the 3500 monitoring system, enabling data communication with System 1 Condition Monitoring software and 3500 System Configuration software.

Features:

• Combines the functions of a 3500/20 Rack Interface Module (RIM) and a communication processor (e.g., TDXnet).
• Installed in Slot 1, next to the power supplies in the 3500 rack.
• Interfaces with M series monitors (e.g., 3500/40M, 3500/42M) to capture steady-state and transient dynamic data.
• Transmits data via Ethernet to host software.

Data Capture:

• Static data: Standard feature.
• Dynamic and high-resolution transient data: Available with an optional Channel Enabling Disk.

Reliability:

• Not part of the critical monitoring path, ensuring the system continues normal operation for machinery protection even if the TDI fails.
• Required for every 3500 rack.
