Bently Nevada 3500/15-05-05-CN Power Supply Module

Description

The 3500/15 Power Supply Module is a half-height module that is installed in the designated slots on the left side of the rack. It can operate as the primary or backup power supply when two power supplies are installed. The power supply supports hot-swapping without disrupting rack operation, provided a secondary power supply is installed.

The module converts a wide range of input voltages into outputs compatible with other 3500 modules. It supports multiple power supply types:

Legacy AC Power
Universal AC Power
High Voltage DC Power
Low Voltage DC Power

Legacy High Voltage AC

Compatibility: Requires Rev. R or newer AC Power Input Module (PIM) and Rev. M or newer AC Power Supply Module for full input range.

Legacy Low Voltage AC

Input Voltage: 110 Vac nominal (85–132 Vac rms; 120–188 Vac pk)
Input Frequency: 47 to 63 Hz
Compatibility: Same revision requirements as Legacy High Voltage AC.

Universal Voltage AC

Input Voltage: 110–220 Vac nominal (85–264 Vac rms; 120–373 Vac pk)
Input Frequency: 47 to 63 Hz
Compatibility: Not compatible with legacy AC power systems.

High Voltage DC

Input Voltage: 88–140 Vdc

Low Voltage DC

Input Voltage: 20–30 Vdc

Out of Range Protection

Under-voltage: Does not harm the module or PIM.
Over-voltage: Causes the PIM fuse to open.

High Voltage AC: 2.3 A rms (max)
Low Voltage AC: 4.5 A rms (max)
Universal Voltage AC: 2.8 A rms (max)
High Voltage DC: 2.5 A (max)
