The 126648-01 Keyphasor I/O Module with external terminations processes transducer signals for precise phase reference and speed measurements in machinery monitoring.

Transducer Conditioning

Auto Threshold: Minimum signal amplitude of 2 volts peak-to-peak; minimum frequency 120 rpm (2 Hz).
Manual Threshold: User-selectable from 0 to -20 volts DC, minimum signal amplitude of 500 millivolts peak-to-peak.
Hysteresis: User-selectable from 0.2 to 2.5 Volts.

Outputs

Buffered Keyphasor Signals:
- Two buffered outputs via coaxial connectors on the front.
- Two buffered outputs via Euro Style connectors on the back.
Output Impedance: 504 Ω maximum.
Transducer Power Supply: -24 Vdc, 40 mA maximum per channel.
Front Panel LEDs: Indicates faults with the Keyphasor Module.
