Overview

The Bently Nevada 3300/45-02-01-03-00 Dual Differential Expansion Monitor provides two channels of continuous differential expansion monitoring, measuring both the magnitude and direction of expansion.

• Four alarm setpoints (two over and two under alarms) can be configured per channel.
• Channel B can be turned off for machines requiring measurement at only one location.

Alarm Setpoints

• Location: One relay module can be installed behind each monitor.

LED Indicators

• OK LED:

  • Green (constant ON): Indicates monitor, transducer, and wiring are in good condition.
  • OFF: Indicates NOT OK condition or Channel Bypassed (red Bypass LED will be ON).
  • Flashing at 1 Hz: Transducer was NOT OK but has recovered.
  • Flashing at 5 Hz: Error code(s) stored in memory.

• Alarm LEDs:

  • Two red LEDs per channel (independent for Alert and Danger).
  • Flashing LED: Indicates First Out condition.

• Bypass LEDs:

  • Two red LEDs show the status of Danger Bypass and Rack/Channel Bypass functions.

2. If a common relay module is ordered per system, all other monitors of this type will be jumper-programmed at the factory to activate Relay Bus One.
3. AND voting logic is not available with Quad Relays.
