Removal and Insertion Guidelines
- Field power must be removed before removing or connecting the device, whether at the field terminal or through bussed field power.
- An I/O loop assessment must be completed on all energy-limited nodes.
- This unit cannot be removed or inserted with system power energized.
- A rotary keying system ensures compatibility between I/O cards and terminal blocks after installation. The terminal block keys must be set for the specific I/O card used.
Maintenance and Adjustment
- This unit contains no user-serviceable parts and should not be disassembled.
- Calibration is not required.
