F3330 | HIMA F 3330 Safety-Related 8-Fold Output Module

The HIMA F 3330 is an 8-fold output module designed for safety-related applications. It is capable of handling both resistive and inductive loads up to 500 mA (12 W) and lamp connections up to 4 W. The module includes integrated safety shutdown with safe isolation, ensuring that no output signal is present in case of an L-supply break.

• Automatic Testing: The module is fully tested during operation, including:
  • Reading back output signals: The operating point for the 0 signal read-back is ≤ 6.5 V. A fault in this range might not be detected.
  • Switching capability and cross-talking: Walking-bit test for signal integrity.

  • 500 mA, short-circuit proof
  • Internal voltage drop: Max. 2 V at 500 mA load
  • Admissible line resistance: Max. 11 Ohm (in + out)
  • Undervoltage tripping: Triggered at ≤ 16 V

  • Output leakage current: Max. 350 µA
  • Output voltage (if output is reset): Max. 1.5 V
  • Test signal duration: Max. 200 µs
