Honeywell FS-TSDI-1624 Safe Digital Input FTA Module

The Honeywell FS-TSDI-1624 is a field termination assembly module designed to serve as the interface between the system interconnection cable (SICC-0001/Lx) and external field wiring through screw terminals. This module effectively connects to redundant pairs of SDI-1624 modules and is suitable for digital input signals from Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations.

Key Features

• Short Circuit Protection: The module incorporates a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resistor between the +24V output of the SDI-1624 modules and the input channels, limiting current and preventing total channel failure in case of a short circuit to 0 Volt.
• DIN Rail Mounting: Universal snap-in provision for standard DIN EN rails, facilitating easy installation.
