    • A transceiver module transmits data to the LINKnet controller for network-wide communication.
  4. Robust Signal Processing
    Each input channel uses a voltage-to-frequency converter to transform analog voltage signals into frequency signals. The module processor calculates these frequencies into counts, enabling precise temperature data transmission.
  5. User-Friendly Installation
    • Terminals 20 (+) and 21 (-) connect to actuator wires with shielded cables. Terminal 22 connects the shield to ensure signal integrity.
    • Speed adjustments can be made using a remote Speed Trim potentiometer, providing up to a 5% adjustment range with recommended 100 Ω potentiometers.

Troubleshooting Capabilities

  • The module detects and alerts users of input deviations beyond the configured “Max Deviation” setting, typically set to 1% of the input range.
  • It supports software-based diagnostics to maintain accurate operation even when certain input channels experience faults.
