Features

GCB Condition Communication:
- Receives GCB status via discrete inputs [DI 08] (terminal 74) and [DI 11] (terminal 77), allowing the module to monitor and respond.
Automatic Load Ramp-Up:
- Automatically ramps up the generator load when the GCB closes and the unload signal deactivates, ensuring synchronized load sharing.
LS Module Self-Test:
- Performs a self-test of the Load Share (LS) module, signaling success via relay [R 01] (terminal 41/42).
Missing CAN Bus Member Alarm:
- Triggers an alarm and switches to droop mode if a CAN bus member is missing, indicated by relay [R 02] (terminal 43/46).
Load Share Alarm:
- Monitors load share and triggers an alarm for abnormal conditions, shown by relay [R 03] (terminal 44/46).
GCB Feedback Alarm:
- Checks GCB feedback and switches to droop mode if faults occur, indicated by relay [R 04] (terminal 45/46).
Tie-Breaker Feedback Check:
- Verifies tie-breaker feedback and switches to droop mode if not acceptable, shown by relay [R 08] (terminal 53/54).

TMR System Power-up Procedure

System Installation:
- Ensure the MicroNet TMR system is installed.
Power Setup:
- Turn on both power supplies, ensuring only green LEDs are lit and no red fault LEDs are active.
CPU 040 Setup:
- Toggle the RESET switches to perform off-line diagnostics. Once complete, the system will run the application.
CPU 5200 Setup:
- Wait for diagnostics to complete. Once synchronized, the system will run the selected application.
