Bently Nevada 330105-02-12-90-02-00 | 3300 XL 8 mm Reverse Mount Probes

The 3300 XL 8 mm Reverse Mount Probe builds on previous designs with advanced features for enhanced durability and performance. The patented TipLoc molding method ensures a stronger bond between the probe tip and body. Additionally, the probe cable utilizes a CableLoc design that offers 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, securely attaching the probe cable and tip.

For applications that require enhanced protection against liquid leaks, the probe and extension cables are available with an optional FluidLoc cable to prevent oil and other fluids from escaping through the cable’s interior.

Environmental Limits

• Probe Temperature Range:

  • Standard Probe:
    Operating and storage temperature: -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F).
  • Extended Temperature Range Probe:
    • Probe tip: -52°C to +218°C (-62°F to +425°F).
    • Probe cable and connector: -51°C to +260°C (-60°F to +500°F).

  Note: Exposing the probe to temperatures below –34˚C (-30˚F) may cause premature failure of the pressure seal.

• Probe Pressure:
  The 3300 XL 8 mm probe is designed to seal differential pressure between the probe tip and the case using a Viton® O-ring. The probes are not pressure-tested before shipment. Contact the custom design department if pressure seal testing is required for your application.

  Note: Reverse mount probes are not available with armor or connector protector options.
