BK3120 | Beckhoff PROFIBUS Economy Plus Bus Coupler

The BK3120 is an advanced PROFIBUS bus coupler designed for seamless integration of up to 255 distributed Bus Terminals, extending the capabilities of the existing BK3xx0 series. It supports PROFIBUS DP V1 services, allowing for direct access to Bus Coupler registers and complex Bus Terminals for parameterization and adjustments, such as setting or correcting limits for analog terminals.

The Economy Plus version optimizes data transfer by eliminating FMS operation, enhancing user data capacity in DP mode. The BK3120 supports 128 byte inputs and 128 byte outputs, providing fast and efficient data transfer at baud rates of up to 12 Mbaud, with automatic detection for adapting to specific process needs.
